Our Founder:

Sabrina Auclair is a Colombia native living in Massachusetts with her husband and 2 furry rescued princesses and has a mission to show that plastic-free and sustainability is something everyone can achieve, no matter what. She saw a need for plastic-free/low-waste products in the local market and decided to step in and founded unpacked living Inc. with the goal to one day make it a mobile zero waste store, to bring sustainability and plastic-free to the people.
She enjoys talking and teaching about plastic-free living and wants to make it accessible to everyone.

Our Products:

All our products are sourced from mostly from local small businesses in New England that also have a mission to create a positive environmental impact. All products are carefully curated by Sabrina to be the most sustainable, organic, non-GMO, cruelty free, eco-friendly options available that are reusable, compostable, biodegradable, recyclable and mainly plastic-free.

Shipping:

Don't worry about "Surprise plastic" because we do plastic-free shipping.
You might get a gently reused box because we rescue boxes and shipping material for reusing.

We ship to the US (For now), normally within three to five business days once order has been placed (may increase during high volume times and promotions) via USPS. All  US orders receive automatic package tracking. 

We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport.
